Managed services (AMS)

Six shapes of SAP delivery.

How we structure the work. Most engagements move between more than one over their lifetime: greenfield into rollout, brownfield into optimization, everything eventually into AMS.

Greenfield

Net-new S/4HANA from scratch. Best when the legacy estate is too fragmented to convert cleanly, or when the business is redesigning processes at the same time.

Brownfield

In-place conversion of an existing SAP ERP to S/4HANA. Preserves history and the customizations that still earn their keep, retires what doesn't.

Upgrade

Version upgrades, module additions to a running system, ECC/S4 minor version bumps, with minimal downtime and full regression cover.

Global rollout

Template-based deployments across multiple countries or entities. Balance a central standard against local statutory, tax and language requirements.

Optimization

Post-go-live tuning: performance, process fit, cost, functional gaps and the modernization backlog nobody had time for during go-live.

Managed services (AMS)

24/7 application management: incident, request, minor change, patch and upgrade, with an evolution roadmap the customer owns, not us.

Every band. Every module.

The full map, not a marketing subset. Where module names differ between S/4HANA and legacy ECC, we deliver both.

Finance & Controlling

General ledger, controlling, treasury and consolidation: the backbone of every SAP estate we run.

Supply Chain & Operations

Discrete and process manufacturing, warehouse and transport, plant maintenance and long-cycle projects.

Procurement

Source-to-pay on SAP Ariba with supplier management integrated back to the core.

HCM & SuccessFactors

The dedicated people-systems practice: core HR, payroll, talent, learning and time, end to end.

Analytics & Planning

SAP-native reporting and planning on SAC and BW, with legacy BOBJ and Planning where they still run.

Technology, Integration & Experience

The platform layer: BTP, integration, custom development, governance and security.

RISE. Cloud. On-prem.

Three ways to run SAP. We deliver into whichever fits the customer's cloud posture, regulatory position and commercial appetite, and we help pick between them when it isn't obvious.

  1. 01

    RISE with SAP

SAP-hosted subscription. Fastest path to S/4HANA with fewer platform decisions to make: SAP owns the infra, we own the delivery.

  2. 02

    SAP on Cloud

Full control on hyperscaler infra. Our AWS-led model (landing zone, migration and modernization) also delivered on Azure and Huawei where customers run there.

  3. 03

    On-premises

Sovereign, private DC or hybrid: for regulated industries, data-residency requirements, and legacy estates that aren't ready to move yet.

Frequently asked

Which SAP modules does Phoenix deliver?

Phoenix covers the full SAP estate: S/4HANA (FI/CO, SD/MM, PP, EWM), SuccessFactors, Ariba, BTP and analytics. RISE, on-prem and cloud editions are all delivered by the same team.

Do you deliver RISE with SAP or bring-your-own-cloud?

Both. Phoenix is an SAP RISE partner and also an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner for SAP on AWS at scale. We help you choose between the two based on your control, cost and modernization goals.

Where does Phoenix deliver from?

Egypt is our headquarters and delivery centre. We also deliver in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iraq and Azerbaijan, with international contracting through Hong Kong and USA entities.

How is Phoenix different from other SAP partners?

Thirteen years of SAP delivery, an AWS-led cloud posture, and a Data & AI practice built on the same core. Every consultant an implementer, every implementer accountable to production.

The earliest conversations are usually the most useful.

Whether you're scoping an SAP move to cloud, restarting a stalled programme, or just trying to figure out where data and AI fit, start with a conversation.
