Payments, refunds & delivery

Payment methods

We accept payment through Airwallex (credit and debit cards, Alipay, and other regional payment methods) and bank transfer to our Hong Kong business account. All payments are invoiced in the currency agreed in your proposal.

Pricing

Every project is quoted at a fixed price before work begins. The quote is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Optional additions or scope changes are quoted separately and must be approved in writing before work starts.

Deposits & milestones

Most projects require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining 50% due on delivery or split across agreed milestones. Custom arrangements may be agreed in writing for larger engagements.

Refund policy

Deposits are refundable within 7 days of payment if work has not yet started. Once work has begun, refunds are calculated based on work completed and costs already incurred. If PHOENIX cannot deliver the agreed scope, a proportional refund will be issued.

Cancellation policy

Either party may cancel the project by written notice. If you cancel after work has started, you remain responsible for work completed up to the cancellation date and any non-refundable third-party costs.

Delivery

Deliverables are digital and are provided through source-code repositories, cloud environments, or file transfers as described in the proposal. We deliver weekly demos during active development and a final handover when the balance is paid.

How we deliver

All deliverables are digital. During active development, you receive a working demo every week via a secure link. Final delivery includes source code, credentials, and deployment documentation. Nothing is withheld.

Taxes & fees

Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties or payment processing fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. The client is responsible for any withholding taxes required by local law.

Disputes

We aim to resolve any concerns directly and quickly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be settled under the governing law stated in the project contract.
