Refund Policy
How refunds and cancellations work for PHOENIX services.

Cancellation before work starts
Deposits are fully refundable within 7 days of payment if work has not yet started.
Cancellation after work starts
Refunds are calculated based on work completed and costs already incurred. A detailed breakdown will be provided.
Non-delivery by PHOENIX
If PHOENIX cannot deliver the agreed scope, a proportional refund will be issued.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Airwallex or bank transfer) within 14 business days of approval.
How to request a refund
Contact billing@phnxtech.com with your invoice number and reason.
Exceptions
Third-party costs (domains, hosting, API licenses) already purchased on your behalf are non-refundable.
