What we collect

When you submit the contact or demo request form, or chat with us on this site, we may collect:

• Your name and work email address
• Company name (if provided)
• Message content and any optional fields you choose to complete
• Basic technical data needed to deliver the form (e.g. timestamp, browser user-agent for abuse prevention)
• Messages you send through the website chat, and the session details needed to deliver them

We do not use third-party marketing analytics, advertising trackers, or external CRM systems on this website.

How we use information

We use contact-form submissions only to:

• Respond to your enquiry or demo request
• Maintain an internal record of correspondence with PHOENIX
• Prevent spam and abuse (including honeypot and basic validation)
• Respond to messages you send through the website chat

Where data is stored

phnxtech.com is self-hosted. Form submissions and chat messages are routed to the PHOENIX inbox and/or a simple stored record on infrastructure we control. We do not send them to external marketing SaaS platforms. Information is accessed and processed from our Hong Kong office in accordance with the data protection laws described below.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share contact-form data with third parties except where required to operate our own infrastructure (e.g. email delivery) or where required by law.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not load third-party tracking scripts. Any strictly necessary cookies (if used) support basic site operation only. We do not operate cross-site advertising profiles. If we add first-party analytics to measure aggregate site usage in the future, we will update this policy before enabling them.

Retention

Contact-form records are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business record, then deleted or archived per our internal policy: 24 months after the last interaction, or as required by applicable law.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and in some cases to restrict or object to our use of it or to receive a copy of it. Contact us via contact page or email privacy@phnxtech.com to make a request. We will respond within a reasonable time and within any deadline set by the applicable law.

Processing is carried out from our Hong Kong office and is governed by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong, supplemented by the data-protection principles recognised under applicable local law..
