Requirements

What you need to run TravelGo.

A standard VPS is enough to start. You can scale the same setup vertically as bookings grow.

Server

  • VPS with 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 40 GB SSD (minimum). 4 vCPU / 8 GB recommended for live traffic.
  • Ubuntu 22.04 / 24.04 LTS, or any Linux with Docker 24+ and Docker Compose.
  • A domain name with TLS (free certificates via Let's Encrypt).
  • Outbound HTTPS access to your supplier APIs and payment gateways.
  • SMTP for transactional email (recommended; any provider works).

Accounts

  • Supplier contracts and API credentials for what you want to sell (we help you through each signup).
  • A payment gateway account — Stripe or PayPal work out of the box.
