Race to the cloud future.

AWS-led SAP on cloud: landing zone, migration, modernization and managed services. Phoenix is an AWS Advanced Tier Services Consulting Partner.

Maintaining a competitive edge in the digital era is crucial, and that is where the collaboration between Phoenix and Amazon Web Services (AWS) comes into play. As an AWS Advanced Tier Services Consulting Partner, Phoenix brings extensive capabilities in vital business domains and in-depth expertise across a wide range of cloud solutions.

Phoenix leads with AWS: deepest expertise, strongest partnership, AWS-funded migration programme. And we deliver into Azure, Google Cloud and Huawei Cloud where customer estates already live there.

Four ways we deliver on AWS.

From the target-state architecture through migration execution to ongoing managed services: the full lifecycle, not just the go-live.

Revamp business models with accelerated cloud adoption

As businesses shift to cloud-first approaches, they require expert support for flexible, scalable, and cost-effective IT infrastructure. Phoenix and AWS collaborate, adhering to the AWS Cloud Transformation Maturity Model, ensuring secure and transformative cloud adoption.

AWS-led. Delivered where you run.

AWS is where we lead: the deepest expertise, the strongest partnership, the funded MAP delivery. But not every SAP estate lives on AWS, and we deliver into whichever hyperscaler the customer already runs on.

AWS

Lead partner. AWS Advanced Tier Services Consulting Partner with full MAP delivery and deep expertise on SAP on AWS at scale.

Microsoft Azure

SAP estates already committed to Azure: landing zone, migration and modernization on the customer's existing hyperscaler.

Google Cloud

GCP delivery where SAP sits alongside BigQuery and Vertex AI: data-first estates that want the Google data stack.

Huawei Cloud

Regionally significant across the Caspian and parts of Egypt: we deliver SAP workloads on Huawei Cloud where customers run there.

Funded. Structured. De-risked.

AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) is the funded, methodology-driven programme AWS uses to accelerate enterprise migrations. Phoenix delivers the full MAP lifecycle as an AWS Advanced Tier Services Consulting Partner, including SAP-specific tracks like MAP for SAP. MAP funding levels, eligibility and credit terms are set by AWS and vary by deal shape; Phoenix scopes each engagement against the current programme terms so the funding math holds up before commit.

  1. 01

    Assess: migration readiness

Migration Readiness Assessment (MRA), TCO modelling, target-state architecture, and a wave-based migration plan: we scope the move properly before anyone touches production.

  2. 02

    Mobilize: foundations & pilot

Landing zone, security posture, operating model, tooling, and a pilot migration: the foundations customers actually run on for the next decade of AWS.

  3. 03

    Migrate & modernize: at-scale delivery

Wave-based migration execution, modernization where it earns its keep, and handover to run, with the managed-services team already in place.

Frequently asked

Is Phoenix an AWS-certified SAP partner?

Yes. Phoenix is an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner with SAP Competency, delivering SAP on AWS at scale under MAP-eligible programmes across the region.

What migration approaches do you support?

Lift-and-shift, greenfield RISE on AWS, brownfield conversion to S/4HANA on AWS, and hybrid cutovers where legacy modules stay on-prem while the core moves. We choose based on the estate.

Does SAP on AWS require RISE?

No. You can run SAP on AWS with your own licenses (BYOL) under the AWS SAP Competency pattern, without RISE. Phoenix delivers both models and helps you choose.
