The core: PHOENIX Cloud · Overview
Your own domain
Use your own address, such as erp.yourcompany.com, for your site. How we connect it with you.
Your site can use an address on your own domain, for example erp.yourcompany.com or portal.yourcompany.com, so your team and your clients see your name.
How it is connected
Our team sets this up with you:
- Tell us the address you want.
- We send you the DNS settings to add at your domain provider.
- When they are live, we connect the address to your site and set up HTTPS for it.
Good to know
- You keep your domain. We only ask you to add the DNS settings for the address your site uses.
- Your email stays where it is. Connecting a sub-domain does not change your email settings.
- Your clients reach the portal on the same address, with your brand. See Your brand.
