The core: PHOENIX Cloud · Overview
The ERP underneath
Every PHOENIX site runs on ERPNext: accounting, customers, suppliers, stock, buying, selling, projects and reports, built in.
Under every PHOENIX system is ERPNext, a complete open-source ERP. Your system adds the screens of your trade; ERPNext keeps the records every business needs.

How your system uses it
Your system writes to the same records. In Sourcing Management, for example, a client is an ERPNext customer, a factory is a supplier and an invoice is an ERPNext invoice with full accounting behind it. You never keep the same data twice.
Why ERPNext
- Proven. Used by companies around the world for their accounts and stock.
- Open source. Your data lives in an open system you are never locked into. See Your data.
- Complete. You will not outgrow it: the same base runs small trading offices and large manufacturers.
