White-Label

Your clients should see your agency, not ours. White Label Settings puts your brand on every page they open: the client portal, the login page, your website and the back office your team uses.

Change your brand

1. Sign in as the Administrator and open White Label Settings.
2. Fill in:
   • Brand Name: the name your clients know you by;
   • Logo: a PNG or SVG, ideally on a transparent background;
   • Favicon: the small icon in the browser tab; a square image works best. Without one, your logo is used, and without a logo, a letter in your primary colour;
   • Primary Colour and Accent Colour: the primary colour paints the buttons, checkboxes and highlights.
3. Save. The change shows on the next page you open.

Text on buttons switches between white and near-black, whichever reads better on your colour, so any colour stays readable.

Your own domain

Your site starts on an address we give you. Tell us the domain you want, for example portal.youragency.com, when we set up your account.

No one else’s name

Your pages carry your brand only: no PHOENIX name or logo appears to your clients.
