Your first days
The day-one checklist, sample data, your brand, company details, your team and importing your own data.
What should I do on my first day? Follow the day-one checklist: your brand, your company details, how you earn, your team and your own data. See The day-one checklist.
What is the sample data for? To try the whole workflow before your real data is in: a client, factories, products and a request you can take to a finished order. See Remove sample data when you start for real.
Can I undo removing the sample data? No. The removal deletes only the records marked as sample; your own records stay.
How do I put my logo and colours on the site? See Brand your site. Your clients see your brand on the portal and on every document.
Why does a print ask for my company details? Prints need your company’s logo, phone and email. Until they are set, the site asks the next person who may edit the company. See Add your company details.
How do I add someone to the team? Create their user and pick a role profile: Sourcing Agent or Sourcing Manager. See Add your team.
Which roles does an agent need, which a manager? Pick the profile and the roles come with it: Sourcing Agent ticks the agent’s roles, Sourcing Manager the manager’s. Leave the profile empty only for a special case and tick the roles by hand. Add your team shows what each profile can do.
How do I bring in my factories, clients and products? From a spreadsheet: Data Import reads one record per row. See Import your data.
The import rejected some rows. What do I do? The import says why each row failed. Fix those rows in the spreadsheet and import again; only the fixed rows are added.
