Roles, plans and limits
Who can do what, what a buyer can do, and the limits of each plan.
Your team’s roles
Each person has their own user with a role. The role decides what they see and change.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| System Manager | Everything, including settings, your brand and users |
| Sourcing Manager | The whole sourcing desk, including internal fields such as factory prices and margins |
| Sourcing Agent | Requests, factory quotes, costing and orders; cannot delete requests |
The Sourcing role needs standard roles next to it, or the person cannot open factories, clients, products, quotations or orders. The exact rows to tick are in Add your team.
Only managers see Earnings. Internal fields — factory prices, margins, cost lines — are visible only to team members with sourcing roles, never to clients.
Your clients’ buyers
A buyer you invite gets the Sourcing Client role: the portal only, and only their own client’s requests, quotations, orders and messages. They never see your factories, factory prices or another client’s records — every page checks this on the server. See What clients see.
To end access: untick Enabled on a team member’s user, or remove a buyer from the client’s Portal Users tab.
Plans and limits
Every plan has the same features and the same two languages, English and Chinese. The plans differ only in how many users and how much storage your site has.
| Plan | Users | Storage |
|---|---|---|
| Solo | 2 | 5 GB |
| Agency | 10 | 20 GB |
| Agency Plus | 25 | 50 GB |
