Language problems
What to do when the page stays English, a colleague or buyer sees another language, or text is not translated.
I chose Chinese but the page is still English. Save My Settings, then reload the page: the language applies after a reload — see Change your language.
My colleague sees another language than I do. The language is per user. Each person picks their own under My Settings > Language; a new user starts in the site’s language.
A new user sees the wrong language. They started in the site’s language. They change it themselves under My Settings > Language.
The buyer’s portal is in the wrong language. The portal has no language switcher: set the buyer’s own user language, otherwise the portal follows your site’s language — see How languages work.
The sign-in page shows another language. The sign-in and Book-a-call pages follow the browser’s language. After sign-in, your own setting applies.
Product names or notes stay in one language. What you type — product names, descriptions, notes — is never translated. Type them in the language your readers need, or in both.
A print came out in the wrong language. See Printing problems: the print follows the factory’s or client’s Print Language and the print view’s Language box.
