Your site and your account

What exactly do I get? Your own site at its own address, with its own database and your own users. PHOENIX hosts it, updates it and backs it up every night, so there is nothing to install. See Welcome.

Is my data ever mixed with another company’s? No. Every company has its own database, never shared with another company.

How do I sign in? Open your site’s address and sign in with your email address and password. The welcome email holds the address and a link to choose your password. See First sign in.

I forgot my password. What now? Select Forgot Password? on the sign-in page and follow the link in the email. A manager can also set a new password on your user record.

How long is the free trial? 14 days, with no card. Choose a plan before it ends, or your site is paused until you do. See Your free trial.

How do I pay, and can I change my plan later? By card, monthly or yearly, through Airwallex, our payment provider. You change your plan yourself on the billing page. See Choose a plan and pay and Change your plan.

Can I use my own domain? Not yet. Today your site has its own address under cloud.phnxtech.com with your logo, colours and favicon; your own domain comes later.

Is there a contract or lock-in? No lock-in. Your data is yours and you can export it at any time. You cancel or close your account yourself, see Export, cancel or close your account.

Who owns my data? You do. Any list view exports to Excel or CSV, and Export all my data on My account gives you everything in one zip file. See Export, cancel or close your account.

How often is my site backed up? Every night, encrypted and stored off-site.
