Printing and documents
Which documents you can print, printing in English or Chinese, bank details, company details and PDF.
Which documents can I print? The request for quotation, the proforma invoice, the factory order and the invoice — each on your letterhead.
How do I print a document in Chinese? Set the factory’s or client’s Print Language (打印语言), or pick “zh” (Chinese) in the print view’s Language (语言) box. See Print in another language.
Why does an English factory order show Chinese too? An English print carries fixed Chinese under the title, the column labels and the standard terms, so a Chinese factory reads the same document. A Chinese print is simply Chinese, once.
Why does my proforma invoice show no bank details? It prints the company’s default bank account once one exists. Add your bank details in the day-one setup and new proforma invoices show them.
A print asked for my company details. Why? Prints need your company’s logo, phone and email. Fill them in once; see Add your company details.
Can I change the language of one print only? Yes. The print view’s Language box changes only that print; the next new document follows the factory’s or client’s Print Language again.
How do I get a PDF? Open the print view and select PDF.
