Printing problems
What to do with missing logo, bank details or company details, the wrong language and layout trouble.
The print has no logo or company details. Fill your brand and company details once; prints take the company’s logo, phone and email — see Add your company details.
The proforma invoice shows no bank details. It prints the company’s default bank account once one exists. Add your bank details in the day-one setup and new proforma invoices show them.
The print is in the wrong language. The print view’s Language (语言) box starts from the factory’s or client’s Print Language (打印语言). Change the box for one print, or set the Print Language so every new document follows it — see Print in another language.
I can’t find Print Language on a request for quotation. It has none. Pick the language in the print view’s Language box for that print.
The printed page is cut off or looks wrong. Send the PDF instead: open the print view and select PDF, then print or send that file.
The client wants the quotation as a file. Open the quotation’s print view, select PDF and send the file.
